3 Thoughts on “Life Hilton Private Hospital in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal”

  • Life health Hilton hospital. I am dissatisfied with the attitude that I received from one of the theatre managers, who didn’t have proper manners of talking to guests that visited the hospital during the wellness day. I am disappointed. Since she is working with people she should work on her manners. Its a disgrace!!!!

  • I have just received a threatening letter from your Head office for an amount of R162.70 to take further action, well be my guest. It took your Head Office two months to respond to my request for an invoice which was sent by mail. My e-mail address is on record on my file at Life Health Howick where I received treatment why not send the invoice via e-mail?. Was I asking proof of what I was being charged for an impossible task?
Where is the brain to send anything in South Africa to our non service provider?
The frustration of receiving an email with the notice do not respond to this email as it will not be responded to so why send it in the first place via email. Who is the customer here Life Health Care or the patient

GET REAL AND INTO THIS CENTURY WITH THE TECHNOLOGY AVAILABLE TO DO “AN AUTO RECONCILLATION OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT” This would allow you to trace payments with the correct reference no.

I am not prepared to either phone or contact anyone with any further information as I did contact your Head Office to confirm the reference for an EFT payment. I spent a lot of time telephoning phone calls requesting an invoice. NO MORE

I am deeply offended with being threatened in this manner

I also suggest your Head Office re visit their “Call Centre” from A to Z meaning revamp the procedures and processes and get systems into 2021
