  • we appreciate the care that went into patient recovery process and the nurses kindness and dedication. However with that said I would like to raise my concerns regarding the air conditioning in CT ICU, we complained several times, as patient and family , we were repeatedly told that maintenance would look into it. During the five day stay the temperature was unbearable and the patient was unhappy and experienced palpitations and claustrophobia as a result, this was not conducive to his recovery and was very frustrating. we spoke to other patients in general ward who experienced the same issues and hope you take this complaint seriously and rectify the problem immediately.

  • Don’t ever go to Milpark hospital especially section 3. They are the worst, the nurses start their laughing frenzy at 6am going to 8am before the doctors come, they don’t answer the patients to keep quiet or attend to the patients when they buzz the red emergency buttons. They are a law unto themselves. The head nurse is also in cohorts with them and its an utter disgrace. I wont ever go there again and I plead with anyone considering going there to choose a better hospital with trained nurses.
