The hospital is situated in the city of Pretoria, Gauteng.  Pretoria is in the Northern part of Gauteng and the administrative capital of South Africa.  The city is known as the “Jacaranda City” because of all the Jacaranda trees in the city’s streets and gardens.

Pretoria is rich with numerous gardens and parks located throughout the city which includes the National Zoological Gardens of South Africa, the Pretoria National Botanical Garden, the Austin Roberts Bird Sanctuary, Freedom Park  and Pretorius Square Gardens, just to mention a few.

This beautiful city house the Wonderboom Airport in the North of Pretoria which serves light commercial and private aircrafts and also boasts with two military bases in the South of the city, namely Swartkop and Waterkloof.

The city is divided into five regions and each region comprises of a number of suburbs.  The hospital is located in the Central Western region of the city, in the suburb of Daspoort.  The suburb of Daspoort is about 70km from Johannesburg and 12km from Pretoria CBD.
