Flora Hospital is located on William Nicol Drive, Floracliffe, in Florida, Gauteng. Floracliffe is situated between Constantia Kloof to the North/West and Florida Hills to the South. Florida is about 10km West of Johannesburg and is easily accessible from a few main roads. Flora Hospital has 322 beds and 10 theatres. This renowned hospital possesses a fully cohesive cardiac unit, including a cardiac catheterisation laboratory, committed cardiac theatre, medical and surgical cardiac ward, as well as a cardiac clinic. In 2012 the hospital was upgraded and a new Hybrid Theatre was opened and performs vascular, cardiothoracic and cardiology surgeries for high risk patients.
The hospital also consists of a radiology unit with a full range of sophisticated diagnostic equipment which includes mammography, a CT and MRI scanner and bone density services.
High quality care is provided to patients recovering from major surgery, illness or injury in the intensive care unit, high care unit and life support unit.

I will forever praise the Flora Clinic twice I was rushed there at night with two different near death emergencies and I was treated speedily but the most caring and experienced staff from clerical staff to nurses and doctors please keep up the good work thumbs up

Twice the service of the staff and the brilliant specialists at this hospital saved my life. I am forever thankful.
I will never recommend any patient that is currently experiencing signs of the new Covid virus to go to this hospital. They are refusing treatment and patients have to fight for their rights. Not as what the President of the country requested us to do when you have the symptoms.
After doing all the necessary protocol as per the government webpage on the Covid virus. This hospital is surely not ready to assist, so please people rather go to Wilgeheuwel Hospital should you find yourself in a situation where screening and testing should be done.
